Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt. There is a restocking fee of 30% on returned items. Take note that we do not cover return shipping fee. You are advised to use tracked shipping to safeguard your package. Please ensure that items are returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn/used. A refund will be processed to you once we have received your returned items. Measurements have been provided to help you get a more accurate fit.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size, please email a picture of the item to us within 10 days of delivery to get a replacement.

Returns are not eligible when a discount code or gift card is used at checkout.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimate products), accessories and vintage items.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
