Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt. There is a restocking fee of 30% on returned items*. Take note that we do not cover return shipping fees back to our returns facility in Singapore and China. You are advised to use tracked shipping to safeguard your package. Please ensure that items are returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn/used. A refund will be processed to you once we have received your returned items.
Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color, size, faulty or missing, please contact us and provide us with picture proof within 10 days of your package delivery to get a replacement.
We bear no responsibility for packages that get rejected, returned or lost in the mail due to an incorrect shipping address provided or a failure to collect the package from your post office. Restocking fees will apply to packages we do receive back and you will be issued a gift card for store value in the remaining amount.
Returns are not eligible when a discount code or gift card is used at checkout.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as swimwear, intimate products), accessories (hats, bags, socks, jewelry, etc.) and vintage items.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Returns are not eligible on sale items or when a discount code or gift card is used at checkout.
We do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*As a small business, we do not have a high turnover rate. In the event of a return, we would still like to be able to pay our workers for the work they have done in making your item. This fee helps to cover part of their wages and transaction/card fees that we incur.
