What size does the model wear?

Model wears a the smallest size available, which is generally an XS-S.

What size should I get?

As there are different cuts and styles to each item, we would advise you to order according to the measurements of the garment rather than relying solely on the tagged size. 

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for. Do note that the sizes follow Asian sizes and may run smaller against US/UK sizes.

As items are measured by hand, please allow 1-2 inches of difference to account for human error.

Will there be bigger sizes in future?

Yes, we are making plans to expand the sizes we offer. At the moment, we have a handful of items in an extended size range. However, as a small business, we are limited by resources, funds and technology to fully support a wide size range for all items while keeping prices affordable. We hope you understand our limitations and difficulties, but we are always working towards making it possible. 

How are our clothes made?

Our items are made-to-order, so we only make and use what we need to prevent wastage. We work with multiple factories in China to produce our items. Each factory has been inspected to ensure that employees are of working age and are being paid a fair wage in a safe working environment.

The safety of our workers are of the highest priority, especially during this COVID-19 season. Safety distancing measures are in place to reduce contact between employees. High-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly during the working day. Hence, there may be a slight delay in production/shipping.

How do I care for my clothes?

We strongly recommend hand washing your items to prevent rips and tears. Hand washing will also prolong the life of your clothing and prevent furring.

Why choose us? Is it safe to order from this site?

This store is founded and handled by @megoosta and her small team. We care about our customers and our reputation. As such, we are not out to scam you. Our order processing time may take awhile and you may be wondering when your package will be shipped but we are definitely working hard on your order. Delays may arise due to product faults or product replenishment but we will always notify you via email if anything unexpected takes place. All orders are shipped with tracking. You may find more reviews on our Depop store or Storenvy.

How do I place an order? What payments do you accept?

Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart by clicking on the item you would like followed by the "Add to Cart" button on the page. Proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart icon on the top right corner of the page or on the sidebar. Confirm the items in your cart and submit your order. You will then be prompted to key in your shipping information followed by payment information. You need a debit or credit card for payments to be processed. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your card before placing your order. 

Can I cancel my order? Can I change my shipping address? (Cancelation Policy)

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is accurate before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Please go through the FAQ and contact us if you are unsure about something before placing your order. Orders will only be cancelled and refunded if an item is out of stock and fails to be shipped out.

What is the currency of the store? Can I pay in another currency?

If you do not see your local currency in the drop down menu, then the default currency is in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your currency into USD for payment.

How do I track my order?

Tracking instructions are included in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, please head over to 17track to insert your tracking numbers to track them in bulk. We closely monitor the tracking status of all your packages as well but in the rare event that your tracking information does not show up after 7 days from shipment, do notify us so that we can investigate it.

Environmental Impact

Production & Shipping

We make items to order to reduce wastage as much as possible. In order to do this, we have partnered up with multiple factories. Items are produced and shipped directly from each factory to our shipping partner's consolidation warehouse, where your order gets repacked into a single package for international shipping. We have cut out unnecessary freight movements and simplified the supply chain process to provide you with fast shipping that doesn't compromise the environment. 

Packaging

Polymailer bags are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled. Please check with your local recycling company to find out where you can have them dropped off at. Do remember to remove private shipping information by cutting it out.  

Social Impact

While we try our best to keep wastage at its minimum and we hope that each item finds a loving home, it is inevitable that some inventory builds up over time. Excess inventory gets donated quarterly to communities in need in Southeast Asia - Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, etc. These donations are made through donation drives held by our local churches or Salvation Army.
