Where are items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from Singapore or China. As our items are made in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

Orders to the USA will be shipped from Singapore to avoid high tariff charges. An additional 3 working days may be needed for order processing.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. If you have internet connection, then we most likely do ship to you! Standard shipping is free to most countries and there is no minimum expenditure to qualify.

How long does shipping take?

Our items are made to order. As such, orders take 3-10 working days to process before being shipped out. If there are any delays, we will notify you about it. Once shipped, orders take anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. Do note that your order may be shipped in separate packages. Typically, delivery times are estimated as such:

United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
United Kingdom, Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia: 2-3 weeks
New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
Singapore, Malaysia, East Asia (Japan, Korea, HK, Tawian, China): 2 weeks
Rest of Asia: 2-4 weeks
Rest of the world: 4-8 weeks

How are shipping and taxes charged?

Shipping is free to most countries and we do not charge taxes on our items. However, your country may impose import taxes on your package. We try to declare packages at a lower value and separate them into multiple packages if necessary to avoid import taxes but we are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties.
